The very beginning of every meeting is reserved for "homeowner comments". We encourage anyone with concerns to address the board during this time. This is the only time during the meeting you can participate directly and comment on any questions or concerns you may have. Most items will require more time to resolve and the board will usually add your item to the next meetings agenda for further discussion and a resolution. If your item is on the agenda during a board meeting you will be allowed to further discuss it when that agenda item is discussed by the board.
